Features

Campaigns

Connect campaigns to authenticated website journeys with consistent attribution.

The Campaign module helps teams create consistent campaign links and understand how campaign activity contributes to authenticated website journeys.

Common uses

  • Create standardized campaign attribution
  • Use smart campaign links and deep links
  • Associate campaign dimensions centrally
  • Support campaign-specific consent and event-promotion journeys
  • Compare campaign traffic with on-site behavior

Implementation guidance

Agree on campaign naming and ownership before distributing links. Changing identifiers after launch fragments reporting. Test every final link on mobile and desktop, including the login redirect and return to the intended destination.

Campaign data should identify the campaign context, not contain access tokens, authorization codes, client secrets, or sensitive user information.

Campaigns is an optional paid module. See Licenses.
