Features

Analytics

Understand authenticated audiences, traffic, and journeys with the Analytics module.

The Analytics module helps website owners understand how authenticated audiences use a DocID®-enabled website.

Available perspectives

Depending on the implementation and configured reporting, teams can analyze:

  • Visitors and authentications
  • Professional and profile-based audience segments
  • Traffic sources
  • Website journeys and campaign interactions
  • Reports, dashboards, and exports

DocID® analytics can support cookieless measurement scenarios, but your organization must still review its complete analytics implementation, legal basis, consent requirements, and privacy notice.

Before enabling analytics

  1. Define the business questions the report should answer.
  2. Confirm the licensed website or application.
  3. Document the events and dimensions to be measured.
  4. Verify that no credentials, tokens, or unnecessary personal data enter analytics payloads.
  5. Validate the results in staging before relying on production reports.

Analytics is an optional paid module. See Licenses.
